True Care Services Program Description

We are committed to providing the highest level of Home Care Aide candidates to Clients.

Our company strictly adheres to the guidelines set by the new law “Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act”. We require all Home Care Aides to be registered with the Home Care Services Bureau and undergo Live Scan, TB Test, First Aid Certification and has completed the five (5) hours of training with verifiable certificates.

Home Care Aides are oriented on their legal responsibility mandated by law to report should they observe physical, emotional, financial abuse or neglect to True Care Services or to the proper authorities. Failure to report these situation is a misdemeanor.
